Unhandled Exception

Any ideas would be appreciated.
When I click on the the Map Icon it freezes up and comes back as an unhandled exception.
Debug comes up with this:
Exception thrown at 0x0000000000000000 in pano2vr.exe: 0xC0000005: Access violation executing location 0x0000000000000000.
Unhandled exception at 0x0000000000000000 in pano2vr.exe: 0xC0000005: Access violation executing location 0x0000000000000000.
Exception thrown at 0x0000000000000000 in pano2vr.exe: 0xC0000005: Access violation executing location 0x0000000000000000.
Not sure if this is of any help or not.
