Day / Night pano

I shot two different panoramas withouth moviing my camera ...one is day shot and other is night shot ....jus trying to make a switch between day and night as said in tutorials ...now ....when uploaded them in pano2vr ....they suppose to have same begining frame when i load them right ....unfortunately they both having different beginning frames and worst part is ...when im moving the first pano a little bit and shift to second pano ....in the tour browser ....second one automatically moviing compared to first one .....why they dont have same starting points ??
