Hello all, is there any way to change the quality of a 360 video based on internet speed or manually similar to how YouTube can (by selecting the settings option and selecting quality and choosing the quality you wish to watch the video in)
We want our 360 content to be able to played on mobile devices and tablet and it takes too long to buffer the videos from the website on a public wi-fi connection.

Hi 3dnative,
How Pano2VR works is you add different resolution videos starting with the highest resolution first.
What will happen is the browser will look down the list and play the first video it can.
Im not sure if this will have the same effect as it does not look at internet speed but what the browser can actually play.
Ill add this as a feature request so the developers can have a look at what can be done.
But don't forget YouTube have proper streaming servers and are geared up for serving video, most most web hosting providers don't.
Regards,
Hopki

Hi Hopki,
Thank you for your feedback. Is there a tutorial for creating the list configuration you've described? Uploading multiple copies is not a problem, performance across multiple devices and internet connections is of course.
All the very best
Stephen
