How do you mute a video?

Hey all,
I'm currently struggling with muting my 360 tour. I've added a custom mute button in the skin editor and given it the actions:
Mouse Click > Volume > Change Volume > 0.00% > _videopanorama
Mouse Click > Volume > Change Volume > 100.00% > _videopanorama
However, this does not give the desired effect and I'm pretty confused. What actions should I be using to create a simple mute/un-mute button?
Also, I don't have the option of selecting a specific node for my target, as seen in the attached image - is this correct?
