I plan on using the google cardboard option to output a before and after set of panos, but I was wondering if there were a way to adjust the script so that the center of the left eye is actually on the right edge of its border, and , likewise, to set the center of the right eye to the left border so that the centers line up with eachother in the center of the screen producing what looks like a single view, but with one side before, and the other side after?

Hi JPasnikowski,
Sorry just seen this post.
No we don't do anything other than split the screen.
Later we will look at HMD but for now, its just split screen and cardboard and cardboard like viewers.
Regards,
Hopki
