You would use the HTML5 output.
By default it outputs using multi resolution so it will serve up the best resolution for the device.

Of course... your mobile device should be using a suitable web browser that is HTML5 content aware.
If your browser is not HTML5 content aware your mobile device will display a white or black screen.
There are still a few web browsers that are not yet HTML5 compliant.
Only an additional thought on this matter.
