I am using Pano2vr Pro 5.0.2 on a PC/ Win 10 pro computer

I was able to relocate Point 1 below point 2.

I clicked on the far left tab white tab until I got a UP/down arrow then dragging it to new tree position.

I can confirm the bug and it has been reported.

Sorry! This is not a bug.

You can only rearrange within the same type. Meaning, you can rearrange all the point hotspots, but you can't move a point hotspot between a list of videos for instance.
