Hi!
Is there a way to insert a patch to multiple panoramas using the batch or droplet tool?
I want to add to a car interior panorama a video as the exterior of the panorama. So you can see live action thru the windows. The final output will be an interactive video file.
The idea is to add a patch with the same parameters (but different image) to multiple panoramas. To do that I generate a video file from a single panorama. Extract or convert that video into frames (the same as copying the same panoramas, to avoid the before mentioned step). Extract a patch from each frame. Always the same parameters of the patch for each panorama (here again I could simplify this copying the only patch multiple times as needed)
On the other side I have a video which I also convert into frames ( in this case I have to, because it is actually a video) Than to each extracted patch from the equirectangular image I add a frame of the "real video" into the windows of the car. Now finally I need to insert all those patches into the panoramas. Having this done I will have multiple frames of the same car interior with action behind the windows. I have to do this for all windows in different steps.
So...is there a way to do this with the batch tool?

Hi,
If you have an image sequence you can make a droplet to add a patch to all frames.
The key is the output file path, you would set this to output/$n.tiff
This would then not overwrite each frame as $n will use the original file name.
You would use the transformation output but make sure you set the tilt to 0.

Hopki

Hi Hopki is it possible to batch extract a patch from an image sequence or series of 360's? I would like to draw the patch on the master 360, and be able to batch extract it across all other nodes. I have 300 images, so copy and pasting the patch between them and then extracting for each would be very time-consuming.
Thanks
