Do you mean rotate?

I don't mean rotating horizontally, of course.
I mean rotating the scene around the viewing direction, as if you tilted your head above your shoulder.

The picture was helpful in understanding what you want. Tilt moves vertically; pan, horizontally (x and y axis). You want to rotate around the z axis. I'm not sure you can here.

Hmmmmm, no not one of the controls Pano2VR has.
You could use the level and make an output with the roll set way off, then you would switch between two or three panos to see the roll.
