Hi there again Hopki

Currently we have been importing Pano2vr 360vr tours
via Adobe DPS software for presentations.
Adobe DPS has a import sections for HTML code which
works great.
From there we upload the publication to an Adobe server
then back down to a mobile device ie. Ipad.
All works great, but we can't get the 360vr videos to work.
Any ideas?

It's been a long time, but I remember wrestling with this ages ago. Did you Import Article?

Hi Hopki

Yes we import article and follow the noraml setup
creating page in Adobe Indesign and pulling
in HTML file from Pano2vr folder.
All our other basic tours work fine.
Only the parts which contain
360vr videos dont play. Do you know if thsi is
a Ipad issue as video file is mp4-H264 file.?

Thanks
Greg

Sorry, not Hopki, but in lieu of other responses:

Have you tried your method with a regular 360? This would help troubleshoot where the problem is. If it works with a still image but not video, you'll know for sure that there is a problem somewhere with the video.

I suspect the video may be an issue at this time -- I think I can across another thread somewhere.

Hi Carolyn

Many thanks for replying back to me.
In answer to your question, it wokrs great with still,
but just wont play the video 360. I've tried uploaded
a few various alternative formats also, but no joy.
If you come across anything else like this please let me know.

Thanks
Greg
