My 30-node project worked fine yesterday. Today when I opened it, ALL the nodes indicate "No incoming hotspots" even though all nodes do indeed have incoming hotspots. Any ideas what may have happened? v. 5.0.1 on latest MacOS.

Just thinking....

Did you copy your project to another hard drive or folder to continue working on it ?

Nope.

This is an intermittent issue. If I re-open it enough times, it opens normally. Note: even when "no incoming hotspots" are indicated, the project renders normally.

Without knowing more about your project... and just guessing.. looks like its trying to load all into local memory.

I guess your all the original image files and /output path are co-located in the same source folder. Have you tried deleting your /output folder and then rebuilding the project ?
If Pano2vr does not find the /output folder it will recreate it in the same project folder.
