Hi there,

I work with Pano2VR 5 last release and I found that in certain computers with certain internet explorers, my tours start working unpropperly when embedding sounds(single and background), pictures and videos inside the spherical pictures of the tour (talking about 10 or 20 nodes tour).

After 30 seconds, movement starts getting slower and sound interference (videos and background sounds) makes navigation uncomfortable and in the end impossible.

These are the file formats and the Pano2vr settings that I normally use:

- Panoramic pictures for Equirectangular perspective - JPG format - 16000x8000 px - 300dpi - 24bits - Size 10mb aprox.
- Embed single pictures - JPG format - 5000x3000 px - 300dpi - 24bits - Size 1mb aprox. (5 pics per node maximum)
- Embed background sounds - MP3 format - 128 Kbps - Size 500Kb aprox. (1 file per node maximum)
- Embed single sounds - MP3 format - 128 Kbps - Size 500Kb aprox. (2 or 3 files per node maximum)
- Embeded single videos - MP4 format - 1920x1080 px - 25 fps - audio 316 Kbps - Size 100mb aprox. (1 or 2 files per node maximum)

Output HTML5:

- Transitions - Cross disolve 1,0 seg - FOV - 20º
- HTML - Window size - 640 x 480 px - Template - normal.ggt
- Control - Sensibility - 8 / Inertia - activate / Mouse - invert
- Image - Quality - 90 / Multi Res 510px / Levels - Auto
- Download / Preview - Type - grey scale / Resolution - 1:4 / Color - Grey / Quality - 25
- Advanced - FOV mode - vertical / Multi Resolution - Bias Activate 0,40 / HIDPI - 0,40 / Levels - 1

I´d like to know if anyone could tell me a list of general settings or rules to take into account before exporting HTML5 to avoid such problems and if there is a certain version for internet explorer that works better than others (microsoft internet explorer, mozilla firefox, google chrome, safary...)

Thanks in advance.

Diego.
