Dear developer team,
Since the download and istallation of the new pano2vr 5 beta4, I have a big issue with my virtual tour.

The tour was generated with the prior version of pano2vr - it's a tour which is growing every week (new panos added continously). I added 5 new nodes as usual and processed the tour. Now I get a black screen and the skin - but nothing works, no clicking, no links, no hotspots, no animations.

Thanks for your advice.

Saludos
Florian

Hi Florian,
I can not reproduce the problem, try clicking the delete button next to the output folder icon.
This will then let Pano2VR rebuild the project and not have any time stamped files in the output folder.
If you still get problems can you send me the p2vr file.
Also try removing the skin just encase there is a problem with the skin.
Did it open ok when you updated, and this is only happened when you added more.
Regards,
Hopki

Hi Hopki,
I deleted the files as recomended and I used the simplex skin to do the tour again. And it works fine, but...

-chaning back to my skin, the black screen appears again as described
-even with the simplex skin, when uploaded to the server, the screen turns black.

I sent the files to you in a PA

Saludos

Hi Florian,
Looking at your link its coming up with 404 files not found for the tiles.
So I guessing they are not uploaded properly.

Looking at the error console one of the files that could not be found was a multi resolution tile:

Code: Select all

tiles/Cancha/cf_1/l_1/c_0/tile_0.jpg
Even the XML file states this:

Code: Select all

leveltileurl="tiles/Cancha/cf_%c/l_%l/c_%x/tile_%y.jpg"
But looking at the resources on your server the image are in your Images folder and not in a tiles folder.
So, it can't find them because the location of the images is different.
Have you changed any of the default file paths?
What you are uploading is exactly whats on your server?

Hopki

Hi hiv360,
Yep I see it but only when the project is published using Windows 7.
If I switch to Windows 10 and publish then all is ok.
Will feed it back to the developers.
