Video elements in v5

Hi, is there any documentation about using video elements in v5?
I made a little logo spin video 300x 200px, the entire file is 400kb in size,
i'm trying to have it spin on a flatscreen in a panorama.

everytime i try though, i get the preview image and no video?
is video already functional in v5?

Whats the file type of the video, needs to be MP4.
But be aware not all MP4's will work, I run mine through Hand Brake then all is ok.

My file is mp4, but it's an export from After effects.
I'll try running it through handbrake!
