Issue #676 status - html5 time lock

Hi - is it possible to find the status of Issue #676 request?
I'm keen to find out how to put a time lock or domain lock onto the html5 outputs / tours.
It would be nice to have this feature as a safety feature when I issue the tour to a client, just in case they decide they don't want to pay once they have the files.
