Good morning,

Sorry to be a pain at the moment, with lots of issues! I'm stuck with a strange one:

This virtual tour has five nodes (the link is temporary and will be removed as soon as the issue is solved).

As soon as you select a different node, the whole skin seems to jump up quite a bit, and stays there. It doesn't matter which node is the first one, I selected every single one as the first to try it out. It also doesn't matter if you select nodes via the map of via the thumbnails.

Do you have any idea what might be the problem here?

Where do you allow direct node access in the V5 UI? I somehow fail to find the switch.

Thank you very much!

Harald

Hi Harald,
This is odd, also there seems to be over lapping elements, the thumbnail slider is inactive like there is something covering it.
Also the thumbnail slider has a vertical scrollbar so looks like the scroll area is not heigh enough.

Can you post your gigs skin film, of PM it to me so I can see if I can reproduce the problem.
Regards,
Hopki

Hi Harald,
Ok found what is going on.
If an element is off the bottom of the skin canvas and you have a cloner with Active Node, scroll to view selected then this will happen.
If you need to move elements off canvas you can move off from the top of the sides, just not the bottom.
This is not so much as a bug but more of how the scroll to view works for now.

In your skin the culprit was the element: Container Init texts and other

Hi Hopki,

Thank you very much indeed, I certainly wouldn't have thought about that at all! I moved the container to the top, and all seems to be well now!

Brilliant - thanks again for the quick solution to my problem!!!

Harald

P.S.: Where do you switch "Direct node access" in the V5 UI?

This was an oversight and should/will be in the next beta.

Hi Hopki,

If the oversight refers to direct node access, is there a way to add it manually, to the HTML or XML? I use the feature all the time and it's important.

Thanks!

Hi Harald,
You can copy the normal template from V4.x.x to the V5 templates directory.
Just tested and works ok.
