Hi Dean,
Upgrade to v4.5.3 which will be a free upgrade, then just do any old html5 output to get the new player.
Then all you have to do is give the new player to your customer to upload to their server. No need to re output the tour.
Regards,
Martin

Hi guys, I upgraded and I am now using version 4.5.3...

I've attached the pano2vr_player.js after changing it to a .txt file.

I've even redone the entire project and hammered F5 to make sure that I am not using the cached version of the tour.

Now what can it be? http://remeorealty.com/featured/2554-elden-ave-e-102

Thanks,
Dean

Looks like your pano2vr_player.js (txt) is 70kb.

Thats the same file size as the .js we are using.

Looking at the .txt code looks like machine or javascript code which is way beyond my technical level.

Would you consider please posting your pano2vr.p2vr project and filename.ggsk Skin file as attachments so that we may also see ?

Thanks in advanced
Dave

HI, Just change the file extension to .js
The forum changed the extension, should have zipped it up really.

Thank you. I downloaded the zip. Never test with the original project. I made a copy of the zip for diagnosis.

First observations: WOW this SKIN is very complex. This looks like a professional job.
I will look for anchoring and positioning of all the skin elements and sub elements and layering in the tree.

Meaning tree elements at the TOP might be covering all other elements below in the tree. As compared to where I think they should be located noted from your webpages.

Thanks! self-taught and I did the whole thing myself :-)

Let me know what you find, i am beyond curious. At this point, the only issue is the internet explorer issue however. I figured out that the tour is not responsible for the firefox issues where controls are off of the mobile screen.

Thanks again for looking at it Dave.

A quick look at the skin, I see you have sub items anchored to various corners and edges.
For best results over all browsers anchor sub items to the top left corner. Some browsers will place items incorrectly if not anchored to top left.
