Pano2QTVR 1.6.5 released

This version hopefully solves the positioning problems that some people had since version 1.6.2 when the panorama is embedded into a container.
A small new feature: There is a new controller with a fullscreen button. Note: This only works Flash Players >=9.0.r22 and needs to be enabled in HTML.
