Problem with controller

Hi
I have a problem with the controller in the flash video. The seccond time the flash movie is loaded, the controller is gone. Seems to be a caching problem, if i force a refresh (ctrl+f5) the controller appears again (firefox only), but in ie I cant get the controller back without clearing all my cache. Anyone experienced anything like this, and have a solution for this prob ?
