My client has 1 of many machines that uses AOL to connect to aDSL. He can navigate to this page.
[we tried doing this using AOL browser and then again using only IE6 browser with the same results]
http://www.360texas.com/virtualtour/tex ... change.htm
Then he click a RED/WHITE star on the city map. The small popup containing the Flash panorama is seen on the screen. Pano2QTVR's Flash Script is working because instead of seeing the panorama it displays the text saying
"You don't have Flash installed would you like to install it now click here to go to Adobe's Website for Flash"
Client clicks on the Adobe link and then is redirected to the proper page where he does download Flash. He sees the rotating Flash panel indicating he was successful. After that he returns to the city map and once again clicks the RED/WHITE star and is AGAIN requested to download FLASH. I watched this event 3 times.
We visited his IE6 Tools and he does have Active X enabled. His IE6 security is normal "Internet" level [not restricted]. We did look in his AOL browser "SECURE" tab but could not find anything that dealt with Active X.
Any suggestions about why we keep getting the 'Download Flash' and the inability to see the Flash panorama with either the AOL or IE6 browser?
We did not look at his firewall settings.
