How to edit a swf controller?

Hello,
I don't know anything about flash, but I would like to edit a swf controller for an object movie. I would like to get the controller controller_left_slider.swf with the buttons for left/right turn and autoroate only.
Best would be, if I could add buttons for jump one frame to left/right. So the controller would be like a controller of a CD player - jump/rewind left/right + play.
Doe's somebody know a software that allow me to edit the default silders or could somebody help me and post a controller like I need please? I tried Object2VR, but it dosn' seems to support the functions I need.

PS: General it could be nice to get a controller ala Quicktime player with a slider for absolute controll of the turn.
