Output is not fluid

I attached my outputted file, it doesn't flow smoothly like others I have seen, can anyone tell me what the problem may be? I shrunk the quality down to prevent the large size, but the choppy appearance is always there.

This is NOT a Panorama it is an Object tour.
You have shot around a central subject, not panned around a scene from a fixed location.
If you want smooth rotation of an Object you will need to shoot an image every 5 or 10 degrees and compile the movie as an Object not a Panorama.
If you want smooth panning of a Panorama you will need to shoot it as a Panorama from the single fixed location.
