Has anyone experienced this or had a client who couldn't view them? We have someone who cannot see ours in IE7 under XP. They claim they have downloaded and installed Flash 9. They can view Flash on other websites though. All were created using the Pano2VR 2.0.2.

Any help is appreciated.
Thanks!

They must download and install the Flash browser Active-X plug-in for each browser type. I.E: Internet Explorer, Firefox, Google Chrome, Opera etc.

Embedding with swfobject works pretty well. You can find some demo code at http://code.google.com/p/swfobject/wiki/test_suite

Turns out the panos were taking a considerably long time to load in IE7 (not sure why). They would get a blank (white) browser window but it would eventually load after about 1 minute. The client was giving up before the 1 minute mark. File size was only about 3MB. Didn't do this in Firefox.

Thanks for the replies!
