Hi MOaks,
The topic has been moved to the correct forum.
Please can you post your .p2vr file so we can see how the levels were set up?
It is very odd Google would process 4 out of 5 levels but anything is possible with the Street View platform.
I would try Uploading the project again, no need to delete anything and then wait a few days.

thank you very much for your help Hopki.

I have tried several times re-publishing but I haven't had any luck in seeing any changes. I have focused on the tags and re-entered the info mainly. I have used the levels to access areas that were on different levels, but to far away for the budget. attached is the file you requested

Hi Matt,
When you add levels, the idea is nodes are above each other.
If a node does not has a node above or below it then you don't need to add tags.

So looking at your project I will assume nodes1 and 2 don't have to select levels so no need for any tags.

Node3 has no hotspots to move forward so this I assume requires the elevator buttons which is what Google refer to them to access levels.
All the other nodes do not have links.
So node3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 need tags and also ideally need to be in a line vertically.
Google does say the nodes above or below need to be within 5 meter radius.
But in practice, we have seen issues with this so we would recommend the node to be directly above or below each other or at least within 1 to 2 meters.
Node7 seems to be out on its own.
Which nods are not showing?
