Hi,
Whenever Google has issues it is not uncommon we see a lot of e-mails in support.
Google does have an issue tracker which we can look at to see if the reported issue is known about and then if it is assigned to a Google Street View Developer.

However, if you are having an issue please can you run through the following checklist to determine whether it's a Pano2VR issue, an Account issue or indeed Street View has an issue.

Firstly, when you log in to your Google account using Pano2VR make sure you select to give Pano2VR authorization to publish and manage your 360 panoramas on street view, this is new in Pano2VR 7 and not in Pano2VR 6 pro.

Check the project, do all links/hotspots have a padlock when selected (Red in the viewer).

This means the hotspots are placed using the Location Data of the panoramas.

Do all the nodes of the tour have a Place ID.

Once you are happy the tour is built correctly using Pano2VR and have uploaded the project, wait a while and make sure each panorama has the two tags, Street View Link and Street View Uploaded.

This tells you the panorama has been uploaded.
Also in Pano2VR 7, under the Street View browser, you will see either a Red Cross or Green check mark indicating if it is Maps Rejected or Maps Approved.

If you see a Maps Rejected it could be that the Place ID has not been processed yet for that image, wait a few minutes/hour, then Refresh the Street View Browser.
If it is still showing Rejected then look at the image for what Google may find inappropriate.
For example, Drone panoramas or a close-up of someone's face.
Also Image size, if the image is to small for example.
The other thing to watch for is if you are using a logo make sure it is no larger than 36° FoV.
Also, make sure the logo does not contain contact information or a URL.
A logo with an image and company name is ok.

** Edit ** What we have also seen is not all the data from Pano2VR is being uploaded, or rather it is being uploaded but Google does not seem to register it.
For example, if a five-node tour gets uploaded, we wait 24 hours and test the tour.
Three out of the five are in a "tour", and two are seen as individual panoramas.
In the Tour, not all have the place ID and very few links.

Select the upload Project button again, Pano2VR states that the panoramas are already uploaded and it will now upload the metadata.
In this example, all the panoramas are in the tour and all now have the Place ID but not all links are working, wait a further 24 hours and test again, and the tour now works with all links working..

So in this case the Upload Project button was required to be clicked again after a few minutes/hours to upload the missing metadata.

To view your tour in Google maps select the open in your account button.

For any issues, it is advisable to wait at least two weeks, if the issue does not resolve itself then use your account on maps to report the issue.
Select the panorama on your Google account on Maps and use the menu, the three dots to report what is wrong.

Then select Report a problem.

Select Other and write what the issue is, try to be as direct and clear as possible, for example.
"This is one panorama from a tour that has no links".
You could even do this for each panorama of the tour that has no links.
