Hello.
2 businesses were recently posted on Google Street View. More than a week passed, none of them did not work transitions between panoramas. Previous publications, about 2-3 weeks ago, have been successful.
What I tried to fix the situation:
1. Rolled back to the previous version of Pano2vr
2. Delete the publication, create a new one
3. I published panoramas separately, later I tried to make transitions in the Google Street View application - before this worked in the same cases.
Now nothing helps, the client is nervous, I don't know how to calm him down. Is there any official information?

Hi,
When was the last upload?
Google had issues with their service a few days ago.
What they said was if you have issues you should delete the tour from Google.
Then wait until it has fully gone.
Check your account with Maps and the mobile App.

Only when there are no panoramas left on Google should you upload again.

Always use the latest build of Pano2VR.

Good day, Hopki! Thank you for your prompt reply, it is very relevant now.
I will follow your advice and report the results here. Oh, this Google, there are always some minor inconsistencies ...

Hi,
As a platform, Google is not very reliable.
In one case it took over three months before all nodes linked as they should.
I think like many you should say something about this in your contract to your customer.
Something like, we can build the tour and upload it but be aware Goole may take many hours/days/weeks before the tour is fully uploaded and linked together correctly.

The other thing photographers have also seen their tours deleted without warning.
The bottom line is once it has left your computer and uploaded to Google you have lost control of it.

We did a webinar https://ggnome.com/gg_webinars/build-a- ... 5-outputs/
This shows how to make an HTML5 and Street View project in one.
This would be the way to go, with the HTML5 version being uploaded by your customer and the Google one an "extra".

Hello Hopki. Finally, the transitions worked, usually faster. In this case, I had to wait about two weeks in total.

Thanks for the advice and help. Google, despite its complete abstractness, is an excellent marketing platform for publications. For the client, the engine of the tour, which will be posted on the personal website, is not so important - it is more important for them to have tours on all available sites. The Yandex system is also popular in Russia, not so long ago they also (not without oddities) finally opened publications for ordinary photographers.
