Street View Tour Browser Issue in 6.1.8 and 6.1.9

Hi,
I was watching the latest 101 Course regarding Google Street View and ran into an issue in the latest Pano2VR 6.1.9. I click the button for the Street View Browser and it opens an item in the task bar but it doesn't show the window for the tour browser, just the entry on the task bar. I signed out of my Google account and logged back in with no difference. I tried reinstalling 6.1.9 with no difference. I installed 6.1.8 and still no difference. I then installed 6.0.6 and it works perfectly. I'm using dual monitors.
I then tried installing a copy of 6.1.9 on my laptop and it works fine weirdly enough.
Any thoughts?
