Panoramas rejected

Hello, of a tour of 16 panoramas of which 13 are interior and 3 exterior and that are perfectly located on Google Maps, there are 2 that Google rejects.

All the panoramas have the same characteristics in terms of sizes and resolutions.

One is number 4 and the other is number 12.

The photos are like the rest of the tour (a cultural exhibition).

I have tried many times deleting the entire tour and re-uploading it, and others deleting those two views that it rejects and returning to upload them.

Since the Street Map app continues to put Google rejects those two views.

It already happened to me with some other tour but from the Street View app I fixed it without problems.

But in this case I cannot.

Any ideas?

HI,
Yes, this is an ongoing issue with Street View, its been like this for the last 6 months.
If you login to the Local Guides Connect website you will see all the posts.
This effects all third party software like us, including Walkinto, GoThru etc.
But oddly enough it does not affect all accounts, we have many that are not experiencing any problems.

deleting panoramas

Hi

I am having big issues deleting failed panoramas, when I delete them from the streetbrowser they just come back, same when I delete from my google account, pano2 keeps crashing out as well

Getting very frustrated, any ideas, trying to replace a tour from 2012 so been doing this for a while but never stuck like this before

Hi Andrew,
Not getting reports of crashes, do you have any crash reports?
The fact you can not delete using your account it sounds like the issue Google is having.
They have a filter that is deleting images that do not meet their criteria.

Use the phone Street View App to remove teh panoramas.
If they don't delete after a day or so then report them from your account.
