Google Street View Issue - pano rejected

Virtual walk made up from 4 panoramas (11000x5500px). Workflow: RAW> Lightroom> HDR TIFF> PTGUI> Pano2VR. GPS data is set, nodes connected, google maps place marker set. I've uploaded project into SV and my firs panorama image is accepted and everything works fine. Another 3 panoramas got rejected status. I can see them from my profile but they are not added to SV. I find out that I have to wait a while until project will be accepted and published. I was waiting for 4 days and nothing has change. So I removed the whole project from server and uploaded it after several hours later. Now, the first panorama is still working fine but another 3 are visible only as a thumbnail in my google street account. When I try to open them, they don't load (black screen + refresh button on mobile, only black screen on pc). I have checked google requirements for panos and everything seems to be ok. I can't figured out what is wrong. Every pano is edited with the same settings

First (working) pano:

I've tried to upload single pano from another place and I have the same problem like with those last three.
I'm out of ideas here, so I ask for your help.

Kind regards.

Hi Guys,
What is the resolution of the panoramas?
I see some have adjusted the default which was 12 x 6k.
Someone did a test with the same pano, one being a slightly lower resolution than the other, one was approved and other got rejected.
We set the output to 12 x 6k using Google guidelines so I would stick to that.

This said there are many reports that Google has big problems such as tours disappearing from accounts as well as uploads being rejected.

Hopki

Does anyone have any news regarding this matter? Uploading new tours via Pano2VR has become impossible for me, Street View App doesn't work either. I tried 12'000px and 10'000px width.

Hi,
This is still an ongoing issue with Google.
If you have a look at some of the forums or the Google Streetview Trusted Facebook Page you will see everybody is in the same boat.
I did see one Google guy say no need to keep uploading, once the issue has been fixed then the panoramas should be approved.

Hi Hopki
Thanks for the info about the auto-approving, so I can just leave them in there.

So I have read,
My thoughts on this are if Google has this large backlog, then republishing will put you at the back of the list, maybe.
We have no idea how they will implement the fix, meaning once they have got the algorithm sorted, then each account will need to be reexamined.

Hello everyone!

Are there any other updates on the problem in question? This new filter used by Google seems to eliminate the old panoramas already uploaded and approved in the Google account. I have various tours with missing photos displayed in black.

furthermore, in the maps the blue points are not displayed. They don't even appear in the photos that work

In the Google Street View app, by accessing the account, the photos are there, but when you open one you only see a black screen with a loading element that runs, and you notice that the photo is rejected by the maps. Instead, in the google my business activity profile the missing photos are not present.

All the photos uploaded have the same characteristics. I do not understand. I have already tried to reload the missing photos, but they are always black.

The photos I load are always between 5 and 7 MB, 5376 × 2688, 12/14 megapixels

According to Google Street View the photos must have a resolution of at least 7.5 MP (4K) and a size not exceeding 75 megabytes.

Are there any new rules I don't know?

Hi,
The last update was the "hope" to have a fix by the end of December.
No need to upload as once the algorithm is fixed rejected panoramas should be Maps Approved again.
This information is also posted in the Local Guides Connect website:
