Hello,

I just saw today that Google released their GTour Creator. It looks overly simplistic, complete lack of controls, however I am a little concerned about this: "the Tour Creator can generate multiple scenes within the same tour using uploaded 360 content or by searching for a location on Google Maps to upload Street View content instead."

I am in the process of creating a tour for a massive nursery/garden center, 12 panos, informational points along the way, nature sounds such as birds, etc... But I am concerned that if Google allows you to upload a tour directly to GMaps using their simplistic tour, well that could kill my budding business. Yes, they still need to invest in good photos and perhaps use me to do the stitching, but it seems that little by little, Google is chipping away at normally paid services (just what they do in every sector they get involved in).

Thoughts?

Are your referring to this?

It is a very simple 360 tour creator with no hot spots. I created the following in less than 10 mins from existing 360 panos.

Hi Guys,
Moved Topic to the correct forum.
But yes interesting to see the priority their own product will get over content uploaded by others.
