When I enter the correct shoot Date in User Data, it is not being utilized or is being ignored by Google after uploading. Viewing on Google afterwards shows it defaulting to current date instead.

The userdata date field is just a plain text field (as it was in QTVR) so we can not just parse it and use it for the EXIF data, as it could also contain for example "summer 2017". Currently we just pass thru the EXIF "image capture data time", but of course it would make sense, that you can also modify that field. We will expose it with the next beta version Pano2VR 6.0b3.

thanks, that would be helpful.

I have older panoramas (from 2010, 2014, 2008 etc) that I am uploading to GSV and so they should be recognized and stated as such for users viewing the images on GSV.

Especially helpful as at example back in the days I created 6x3 panos while now its 8x4
I recalculated a few and uploaded but as I create them now, their real date is wrong.

Looking forward to this enhancement.
