Instead of the message box displayed in your tutorial video, I get this message, indicating that not all hotspots will be in the right position.

What have I done wrong?

With a previous upload, the arrows are sometimes displayed very large and a white cross appears in the nadir.

If I move the mouse further up, the arrow symbol changes and a small rectangle appears.

Is there any influence?

I uploaded a virtual tour of six panoramas which are connected by hotspots.

Now I don't get a virtual tour on StreetView. Is this a bug of StreetView or have I done something wrong in Pano2VR?

Topic moved to the Street View forum.

When working with a Street View Tour you don't use the Point Hotspot Viewer mode.
You Geotag all the panos and set North using the Tour Map if not already geotagged.
You can also use the N key to set North visually if you know where it is.
If a hotspot is not in the correct place then its because either north is not set or the map pin is in the wrong place.
You can then use the Tour menu or Tour map to link the nodes.

Have a look at this page: https://ggnome.com/doc/pano2vr/5/gsv-basic-workflow/
