Set Target on Google Tour

Hi there
I have used Pano2VR for a while, however I seem to be having trouble locating the set target button on the latest Beta version (April 2017).
Also is there anyway to auto place the panos without GPS data as most tours are inside and GPS data is not always available. I have an 80 node tour I am putting together and I am about at my witts end after just 5 panos!!!!
