I uploaded a 221 MB multi-res html5 ggpkg to my WordPress site and added to the media library from server.
Created a page and inserted it. Page comes up with the preview jpg but when I click on the graphic, nothing happens? Any idea what might be wrong??
The sample is Real Estate v3 on the following page (pwd is pano2vr)

Thanks in advance.

HI John,
What did you do different from the other two?
Also when you make multi resolution make sure you select Cache at startup for the lowest level.
Regards,
Martin

HI John,
The cache at start up is to stop the black and white preview image showing after the tiles have been loaded.
Can you upload the project, I have not tested with this amour of nodes but can not see why it would not work.
Regards,
Hopki

Hopki,
I am not at my computer right now so I will rebuild and upload later today.
I do have the same tour, built differently, posted on the following page, BUT it does not seem to show the hotspots for some people. I can view it properly on my iPhone 5 (ie. I can see the hotspots) but not my computer (Win8.1 Chrome) for some reason. This is why I am trying different options/builds to see what works best for most everyone.

Thanks.

Using PC desktop Win 8.1 and Chrome v39.xx
I see a working < > + 1 button Toolbar. So skin is working. But I can not see any hotspots.
Observation - appears there is a skin linking hotspot file missing or hotspots ID: might not be configured properly

Thanks for your replies guys.
I went ahead and did another build selecting the load cache at startup. Made no change.
So I decided to build a new html5 output using all the same settings EXCEPT for the file paths. I left those at default this time around, and that seemed to do the trick. See the Real Estate NEW tour at www.sudbury360.ca/test .
In general, I find the handling of all the file paths on the various tabs to be very confusing. To me, there should be one folder hierarchy per project, each containing the project, xml, output, image and tile files. As it is now, the image files from multiple projects get mixed together into one folder, by default.
Anyway, can someone please test this last tour and let me know how well it loads and if the hotspots are visible on your platform (please specify platform).
When I try it on both my Windows 8.1 Chrome and my iPhone 5 Safari, it seems to load slowly, first loading pixelated black and white tiles, then color.
Thanks in advance.
