WordPress Plugin stuck in 'Loading' on Android Devices

We have a project, built with
that loads fine on Windows and iOS devices, but is stuck in "Loading" on all tested Android devices. We tried different themes on that specific WP installation, but it remains stuck. We also tried the compressed package and the raw HTML5 output, both with the same result. Any more ideas what we can try or is this a bug?
The smartphone is a "Nothing Phone 1" and a "Samsung S21 (?)" both running Android 12.
