Looking For Skin Design Help

Hi All
I'm new to Pano2VR and this forum.
I'm creating a virtual tour for a college and they want it to look as close to this as I can get - https://www.shrewsbury.org.uk/360
That's well beyond me, so I'm looking for someone who can create a responsive skin that looks and functions like that. I understand they are relatively off-the-shelf elements.
