What would be the best settings for creating QTVR 360's without having a huge size ? Tile settings? Stitcher settings ? movie settings ?

I think a good start is to watch the tutorials for QTVR at http://gardengnomesoftware.com/tutorial.php . They include a lot of useful hints.
