Flat panorama?

Post by Shayne » Wed Jun 20, 2007 12:48 am

I was wondering how to create a flat panorama, just like the one on the samples page, Quicktime.

Regards,
Shayne

Thanks for showing me this... I have not investigated this option before today.

First item I noticed was that the image is already stitched using other software.

I think this is what you are looking for

http://www.pano2qtvr.com/tutorial.php

select Partial Cylinderical Panorama tutorial. Allow for FOV range (zoom in and out). Then limit the pan left and right to fixed so there is no pan left or right.

At the moment I am only guessing...

To create this you need to create a cylindrical panorama and check "no 3d distortion".
