FLASH movies not viewable on XP or VISTA

I'm converting my QuickTime VR movies to flash.
The flash movies are viewable on Mac but not with XP or VISTA

Hi Rob, I have XP and looked at both your links and saw them loud and clear.
I cant explain why you are unable to view them.
