New user question:
How do I create a QT movie from a simple vertical cylindrical 360-degree panorama?
It should behave exactly the same way as an horizontal panorama, only in the vertical direction, i.e. only vertical scrolling, no horizontal scrolling.

This type is not supported but you can simulate this with a cubic panorama and just limit the viewing angles.
