Optimal QT Size

What should be the optimal size of the QT in MB or KB for a full screen
1024 x 768, without compromise in quality.

As far as quality versus file size.. there are a lot of variables.
We usually stitch images that are 2000 x 4000 dimensions 16bit will generate an 80mb file and 8bit image will be around 40mb. We use the cube face Tile size and compression % to get the final .mov down to 800kb for dial up visitors and around 1.5mb for broadband for full screen.
