Final .mov file with visible transition

Hi

First I want to congratulate you for this excellent software.

I'd like to know if it is possible to get perfect QTVR without panoramic tripod ?
I cannot get the rotation on the nodal point on the lense with a standard tripod.
I have an equirectangular picture that I transformed but I see a transition on a part of the .mov file. Picture is a little bit shifted. I used autopano pro to get the original equirectangulat picture.

I would suggest concentrating on taking the best aligned original image set. Sometimes is difficult to correct alignment issues during post processing.
