Animated svg hsimage for simplex.ggsk

The new support of svg images opens a cheap an easy way to create static and animated images for our panoramas' skins. Attached you will find an addition to the standard simplex.ggsk skin included with v3. This svg animation works only with html5/css3 panoramas viewed with capable browsers (Chrome/Safari). If you use this animated hotspot image in a Flash panorama, the center red point will remain still.
