Allow users to comment on points in tour

I'm looking to have a commenting function built in for reviewing tours. Ideally, a user could right click on a scene and be able to enter a new pin with input text. That pin would then be stored as a comment in a list window that could be clicked on to go to that pin. I understand this would take some js and database work. Has anyone seen or does something like this? I can find tons of image commenting systems like this, just not for 360s.

This would require databases etc.
I wondering if you could use an iframe and display like a Wordpress page in the tour?
This should not be difficult for a web developer, but not a function of Pano2VR.
