Change hotspot view toggling from mouseover to clicking

Is is possible to change hotspot view toggling from mouseover to clicking in some way?

Example I want to change: http://ideaal.dk/360/struers/

My suggestion would be to make a few find & replace searches in the output files. But I don't know what code I should write.

In the skin editor change the Action from Mouse Enter = Show Element & Mouse Leave Hide Element to Mouse Click = Toggle Element Visibility
You will still probably want another way to hide the element.
