I'm searching for information about how to create a full 3D 360 degree picture.
I created already a 360 degree picture, but I have no idea how many pictures i need to create for a full 3D.

Hi,
When you say 3D do you mean multi row such as this example?

If so what you have to do is do is shoot all the columns to make one row. Now move the camera up say 10 degrees then shot a new set of columns to form the second row. Keep doing this until you have all your rows.
The trick is keeping the camera the same distance away from the object and also pointing at the same spot so your rotating up and down from a fixed point.
If you need to do the underside all you do is flip the object upside down on the table and repeat the above process.
Once done you will be able to arrange all the images so you can view 360 around and 180 up and down.

This is where the skills of the photographer comes in as you need to be accurate with position.
