Best way to decrease load time?

I have a 96 mb pano that loads fast for some and slow for others, it would not be so bad if I could break the loading up into segments so while one half is loaded the rest is loading..

Is there an optimal way for doing this or to make loading larger size load faster?

Need to know more about your project.
HTML5, Flash, are you using multi resolution etc.
May be worth posting your P2VR file.

As a follow up, project had large image files so multi resolution would be the key.
