my client can´t play a html5 QTVR - can I go backwards?

Welcome to the forum.
QTVR and HTML5 are different.
QTVR is dead as Apple no longer support it and have not done so since QT7.
If your QTVR's were encoded with jpg's then you can use these as inputs to Object2VR, then publish out HTML5.
