I have uploaded an HTML5 object to our web server to show a client. Seems to operate just fine, but the control buttons from the skin do not show in Firefox and in Safari I get the missing image question mark. I uploaded all the files that were exported.

Here is the vr link to view....

and here is a screen shot of the server files. I believe everything is correct. Not a web guru by any means. Can someone help me out? Not sure if I'm doing something wrong or what.

Hi Jeff,
You have two options.
This is a mime type server issue, please see Here.
Or you can choose to simply convert SVG to PNG which can be found in the HTML5 output settings tab and under the skin section.

That worked! Thanks.

On another note. So now it's working great. I went to view the VR on my iphone and the VR shows up cropped half off. It works fine for the half I can see and control, but I can get the image to fit totally in the window. Any ideas? Seems odd cause the file is not that big. Window is set for 600 px and max image is 900 px.

thanks again for the quick response.

Hi Jeff,
What is happening is the object is being displayed at the window size.
In the HTML tab select fullscreen or in the advanced settings select double click fullscreen if this is not selected in the HTML tab.
If you have selected the fullscreen check box in the HTML tab then the object will resize for the display.
If you have selected the double click fullscreen and not selected fullscreen in the HTML tab what will happen is the object will open as before but now double tapping will resize it to fit the display.

Hopki
