Clickable Logo activation causes hotspots to stop working

I have a problem with adding a clickable logo to my object vr. I added the logo and set it up to point to a web url, then turned on "Allow network access" in the output settings to make it work. The link works perfectly, but now all my hotspots are inactive. If I turn off "Allow network access" all the hotspots become active, but the link to my logo url doesn't work. This might be a simple fix, but I'm new to Object2VR, so I might be missing something. Hope someone can help, since I'm on a tight deadline to finish this project. Thanks,

Paul

Hi Paul,
You either access local files or web files, you can not do both, this is flash security, however this tip shows you how to get around this or open the project using Object2VR.

Please see: http://gardengnomesoftware.com/wiki/Fla ... y_Settings

Thanks very much Hopki. That worked. I have one quick question that I think I know the answer to, but I'll ask anyway.

If I deliver the project to my client on a DVD to play on their local computer, will they need to make the same settings adjustment in Flash to make it work on their end?

Hi,
Yep, the best thing to do is not have any external links.
Just have a logo or a www logo.
